Shipping and Delivery
You've placed an order and we can't wait for you to get your RED BOBBER™ gear in the mail! Our team will carefully pick and pack your order with care. We process most orders in 1-2 business days. Your RED BOBBER™ order will then be sent via (or USPS, UPS, and FedEx), and safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-12 business days. Orders placed after 8 am EST on Friday will process the following Monday.
Can I change my shipping address?
Oops, your RED BOBBER™ order not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you provided your order has not shipped. Please email us so we may try to assist. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we can modify your information once an order has been placed.*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but our International orders are experiencing a longer shipping window than usual. Please check with us before placing an order to ensure that the package will arrive in the time. Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.

How do I care for my hat?
Has your LI’L BOBBER™ been fishing, sleeping, and eating in his or her RED BOBBER™ hat only taking it off to take a bath (hopefully!)? You can find all care instructions on the inner tag of your RED BOBBER™ hat, however standard care options for our hats are as follows:
-Beanies : Hand wash in cold water. Use only mild detergents. Lay flat to dry.
-Snapbacks and Baseball Caps: Spot clean only using a mild detergent if needed.
Do you offer custom designs?
Sorry friends! We are not yet offering custom RED BOBBER™ or LI’L BOBBER™ at the moment.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

Can I send an order as a gift?
RED BOBBER™ hats are the perfect gift! You can ship RED BOBBER™ gear directly to your friends by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. It’s that easy!
I can’t add a product to my cart?
If you can’t add an item to the cart, it's probably because it's sold out. Try your equal-first or second-favorite style, otherwise, we update our website regularly so the style you have your heart set on may be available again.
Where are you based?
We are located on the great state of Georgia. *Please note: We are unable to offer pickup at our warehouse.
What's your return policy?
You can return an item 30 days from date of delivery/receiving your order. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be marked out on product pages and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) have to be initiated for return and dropped off within 30 days of the delivery/receiving your order.
- Item(s) marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns.
- Item(s) must be in the original condition, with tags attached.
*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
Can I return my order for a refund?
We understand that shopping online can be difficult and know that sometimes RED BOBBER™ gear is just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your product to us for a refund, provided it is returned within 30 days. Please click here to initiate your return. Provide your order number and email, and you will receive a USPS label for your return shipment.
